Efficiently managing the information flow and exchange within KASC and beyond the walls of KASC - both in its hard and soft copy - is Ms. PERFELIA RANCHES BUEN, strategically pairing it off with her official tasks as Board Secretary and Executive Secretary to the President.

In addition to channeling information where it is needed, the traffic of textual contents - flying in and out of the school - are also smacked right into the core of Ms. Buen's RMIS duties. One output for such a watchful and painstaking attention to details is the Research Journal and the annual record of the proceedings of the yearly agency in-house review of research and extension projects.

Wasting no time and resources, she makes wise use of her RMIS stint through her active involvement in  Research and Extension projects as well --- a productive initiative, instead of just generating and arranging data.

With their tandem, both the RMIS and the RACP put into operations their expertise on content creation (writing and designing), media and research ethics, organizing, protocol, artistry, communication and promotion - plus proofreading and copyreading skills.

Functions do not overlap though. RMIS is "the science" while RACP is "the art." If RMIS is the cake, then RACP is the icing. Together, the RMIS and the RACP shed spotlight on KASC's Research, Development & Extension programs and projects, beaming it all the way to the HARRDEC Regional Headquarters --- and beyond.
